ID Connection hub is designed to allow prequalified organisations to post REAL jobs and/or work readiness opportunities lising the specific requirements, so that anyone with an ID Skills Passport can easily apply.

How to get your ID skills passport

By joining the free ID Skills Passport, you will be able to see and apply for advertised Indigenous identified roles and training events that organisations have posted in the ID Connection Hub that lead to REAL job opportunities.

The job adverts will include clear training and competency requirements which the system will automatically match against your current skills as listed in your ID Skills Passport. Should you be selected by an organisation, any identified gaps can be included in your personalised training plan.

You will be able to digitally send your application to multiple employers, without the need to re-enter your information into your skills passport. These organisations will be a part of the ID Connection Hub and will be prequalified to ensure they are providing a safe, and culturally safe work environments.

I am 18 years or above, or have guardian consent.
I am an Australian Resident.
I identify as a First Nations person.

Ensure First Nations People have the visibility of your company’s opportunities and can easily link to your organisation to apply for available jobs.

This will allow you to identify, develop and secure Indigenous Australian talent, to support your workforce strategy.

ID Connection Hub will allow your organisation to post roles that clearly show the role requirements. The system has the ability to match job applicant skills passport skills against the role requirements and generate a short list of suitable candidates.

Eligibility

Be an Australian based organisation.
Hold and provide a copy of valid organisational documentation.
Be culturally safe workplace – Audit will be a part of the process.

How to register for
ID Connection Hub
Step 1.

Register your interest and complete qualification

Provide your organisation’s details via the ID Culcha registration form. Prequalification of your organisation to join the ID Connection Hub.

Step 2.

Upload your vacant/available role/s

Upload your work or training role opportunity via MyPass. Consider what checks and skills you will need for this role.
Step 3.

Shortlisting

ID Culcha will share your role with our pool of registered Indigenous candidates. Interested Candidates will link automatically with their ID Skills Passport.
Step 4.

Done!

You will be able to engage with the candidates that apply for your posted opportunity, and we will continue to support you along the way.
